Studio 1 is a local enterprise, a venture created by an enthusiastic group of volunteers and backed by Banchory & District Initiatives.

The idea is to allow Artists and Crafters to show their crafts at a more affordable cost charging a lower commission rate than most commercial galleries. Since opening its doors in November 2021, the gallery has seen a continuous increase in sales and footfall and has become popular with both shoppers and artists alike.

Its the perfect place to shop for gifts which are a little bit different and boasts a range including art, photography, woodwork, ceramics, jewellery, candles, soaps and glassware. Gift Vouchers are also available. If you are looking for unique Christmas presents pop along for a wee browse.
